In addition, technology has produced a less complex approval system among lenders, thus allowing clients to close their loans more rapidly. Because of this technology drive, the title insurance industry is constantly expanding their collection of tools and resources to enhance the velocity of their turn time in order to keep up with lending industry standards.
These specific advances in technology have allowed Able Title Agency, in most circumstances, to return a residential title commitment request within 24-48 hours in the Tri-County area (Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties). Our in-house computer network includes the old way of sending information, via facsimile (fax), along with the new and most preferred way of sending information through scanning and email. Our equipment is current with industry trends and is consistently upgraded on an annual basis. Over the next several years, we will be expanding our resources online by enhancing our ability to provide our clients with even more access to their file(s), thus making the title side of the transaction smoother and more convenient for our clients.
